Now share files of size up to 1 GB in size on Facebook

Good news ! Now you can share files up to 1GB in size with your friends on Facebook too. A new Facebook app named as PIPE allow you to do so. You can send files to them even if they aren't online at that moment.

You have to follow just simple steps to use the app, Here theyr'e :

1. Click the web link: https://apps.facebook.com/pipeapp
    and allow the app to access your timeline and messages.



2. Now click on FRIENDS button, appear on top left-side corner, to select a friend to send a file.



3. PIPE allow you to choose from your files to be send to your friend, up to 1GB in size.
    If your friend is online, you'll see a window pop up named as DIRECT TRANSFER. You can add messages to your     file. After selecting the file click on to the SEND FILE NOW button. The app will tell you that it is sending, the file  name, the size of the file, percentage completed, and lastly the amount transferred out of the total size. Either party can cancel the transfer at any time.




    If your friend is offline than you'll be allowed to send upto 100MB of file. The  file remains in the cloud    LOCKER. You    can choose days between 1 to 5 for file remain in LOCKER.



 The next time your friend is on Facebook, they will receive a message stating that a file is waiting for them to download.
