Google Inactive Account Manager:

Google introduces a feature, The new inactivate Account Manager feature, through which users can decide the time line of their Google account. 

Users can instruct Google to deactivate their account or to transfer the data from Google's services such as Google Drive, Gmail, YouTube and Google+, to a trusted friend or family member.

Google will automatically delete or transfer your online saved data as per your set preferences.

For example, suppose  if you set the time frame to 1 year and your account happens to be inactive for that period, Google will automatically delete or transfer data based on your preference.
